“First class service”

NO hassle. No pressure. Very friendly and helpful staff, going out of their way to help, but only when asked. Lots of choice of the sort of car I was looking for. No problem about test driving two cars at short notice. All information about the car was available and provided. This is the third time I have bought a car from The Car People, and would definitely return, and highly recommend to others. Only thing I wasn't keen on was there was flexibility on price as I was a cash buyer with no part-exchange and had bought a car from the same place a few months before. There are lots of 'add on's when it comes to paying, but apart from the admin charge of £37.50 everything was optional and explained in detail, with no pressure to buy. A comfortable, welcoming place and a very relaxed way of buying a car.
