“Good service - taxis on time and comfortable”

We found the service really good from Alicante to Benidorm - taxi driver was waiting for us and taxi was really comfortable. However, trying to re-arrange our tax from Benidorm back to Alicante after our flight was cancelled was difficult. We could only re-arrange the time by speaking to the UK office and was kept in a queue on the phone for an hour (don't know if this was because maybe a couple of flights had been cancelled due to French Air Traffic Controllers so the office was extra busy). Our return taxi was booked and there was no trouble after this. Again, the taxi was really comfortable, the driver friendly and funny. I would use this service again as it was also good value for money.
