Terrible, Terrible company. Have been unhelpful, I have had to do all the chasing up to find out what was going on with my car claim, only to be told they would invalidate my insurance from inception. Un acceptable have made a formal complaint and have also taken it up with the Financial Ombudsman I feel like I have been mugged off and have yet to receive my car back or any premiums paid. Please AVOID at all cost. Would give them no stars but not able to select this option.
