“Extremely poor Customer Service ”

Ordered a coffee table online. Was supposed to get it on an arranged date. Didn't receive it, no one called ..I called..They said they are finding out from the delivery service and will let me know. They still didn't call so I called them a day later, they said they still don't know. Next thing I said..I would like to cancel it..They said first they need to find out where it is. And they said they can't refund u till they find out..What a shame
