“Totally Useless”

A parcel was claimed by tracking page to be left behind gate. It was not. We had been in all day. I rang them and they said the driver had delivered it. No further information was given. After 4 phone calls, They said it might have been delivered to the wrong address but they did not know. After another 2 phone calls they said it was delivered to the wrong address but would not tell me where. There was no excuse, The parcel was clearly labelled with the correct address and post code. This postcode is exclusive to our street. They are useless. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
