Quite frankly the most appalling level of customer service we have ever encountered. On arrival at Malaga airport the wait time was longer than the flight from the UK!! This wait was in an underground garage in extreme heat. No doubt this was to fleece customers for another 40 euros to 'fast-track' to the front of the queue, which we eventually had to do as our 8-year old child was suffering due to the heat. Even after this we still had to wait 40 minutes before being seen. On return, another 45 minute wait just to check a car!! We were unlucky to get a puncture during the rental and required to pay 79 euros, but on checking the invoice we were charged a further 50 euros for what we assume was 'administration charges'. This was NOT explained. The total 'extra' charges came to 161GBP. Fortunately we had the foresight to take independent insurance and not pay the excessive 168 euros quoted when we took the car. We will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. They may be the cheapest it became abundantly clear why this is. A lesson learnt the hard way!
