“Helpful go the extra nothing to much trouble ”

She has been amazing sorting things out I needed changing always replied to emails ASAP nothing was to much trouble for outstanding service I recieved from this lady proffesional helpful polite a credit to your company amazing the service provided was second to none I have travelled with loads of companies but never have I had the help and support of any one like I have had. I would defiantly book again because of the service I have received of her what a lovely lady not the cheapest holiday I have had and didn't agree with the charges for a name change thought that was very expensive that is the only negative thing I have to say
