“Poor service”

Ordered a spare part for Oakley glasses. paid the company standard postal fee marked as express. Part to arrive within 5 t 10 days. This is not exactly express so having to wait 20 days was even less so. Asked for a refund from company for postage only and was met with negative response. Product was good, but service poor.
