“First Time Claim”

It was my first time in a roadside accident and therefore my first time placing a claim. Having explained the events of the collision to a staff member (4972), I was reassured that it would be understood as a non-fault claim. I didn't quite expect such a positive response and that I would be taken so well care of, as I'd never had to place a claim and was suspicious of insurance companies in general. MCE have definitely proven themselves as far as over-the-phone customer service goes and ranks highly in my esteem. I expect they will uphold their promises. :)
