Having had major failure issues with the IC website on Thursday evening and 45 mins on hold via the telephone without getting throgh.
The Chat with Brodie this morning answered all my questions and put my mind at rest but also showed flaws in your website uploading as to what happens when things go wrong! i.e. nothing to help in the video etc.
Howeverthis mornings expericence has helped me through last nights issues/frustrations, and many thanks to Brodie for doing so.
