Avoid like the plague, sent my items the start of july as best deal for trade i could find instores or online. Says money paid when these items are received yet as of 22/07/16 still no money issued and cant get items back. Emailed to be told may take upto 28/7/16 for status to read trade processed, yet its on this status since 14/7/16. No where on the site does it say over 10 days for refund issued, So doesn't look like ill ever get paid or games back. But ill report this company to legal teams and authority figures.
