“SECOND TIME AROUND”

Second visit to Porto booking through Fleetway Travel. Excellent experience again. Very efficient booking procedure, no hassle and very helpful with good follow up information. Crowne Plaza was just as good as our first visit last October. The staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. From the reception staff, waiters and maids all were very friendly and helpful to myself and husband. Our suite was very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of fresh fruit. We dined in the evening and the meal was superb. Our only criticism would be of the lunch buffet which we had on arrival which was okay but very expensive for what it was. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza and will use Fleetway again.
