“WORST COMPANY ON EARTH!!!”

I would never use this company or recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service and not reliable for a currier service. Had a delivery scheduled and waited all day and no one turned up. following day my redelivery date was changed to two days later without informing me although all my contact details was provided. Impossible to get in contact with anyone from the company. Maybe the service would have been different if I had paid the additional seven pounds + for an AM or PM delivery. Sad thing is I was awaiting my passport....never again
