“Friendly & professional service”

My 23 year old son was travelling by himself for the 1st time to Sydney, Australia to meet up with a friend out there and travel for a month. I was worried about booking his flight/visa etc as he's not travelled a long haul flight before, let alone a flight with a stopover and i wanted reassurance that I was doing everything correctly and that's when a friend who regularly uses dial-a-flight gave us their number, highly praising the staff.
We called and the rest is history...the whole headache of searching flights, working out stopover times, time differences, visa etc was taken out of my hands and all sorted in a matter of minutes.
Will highly recommend to friends and colleague.
