“Good Service; however watch for hidden charges & fees”

Unbeatable Hire / Motorholme / Hire Booking Centre

Easy to book, using the online system.
Very satisfied with the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Cambridge Bourn depot. Excellent vehicle handover and return procedures.

Very disappointed with all the extra charges which are only notified after the booking has been made and deposit taken - Admin fees for every single payment, even by debit card.
Even an admin fee for the refund of one's deposit?!?

Request a copy of and read the T&C's very carefully before you book.
Obtain a fixed total price, read every piece of paperwork for errors.

If the initial price quoted included all the extra charges, we would still have booked; however it just annoys people when extra things are added on after the quote. It really looks like they're trying to rip people off. (We are hoping that the company redeems itself by returning our deposit in a timely manner and abstains from sending us spam email forever more.)

We would hire again, but we would calculate the additional charges into the cost next time.
