After ordering a sofa online with a 7 day lead time advertised, we are now 7 weeks down the line and have been told that Furniture Village no longer deal with the particular supplier.
Throughout the last 7 weeks the customer service has been poor - staff are always polite and friendly when I call in, but no action is taken - promised follow up calls aren't made and responses are text book.
Overall I could not be more disappointed.
