“horrible service and customer service”

2 packages in a week were delayed by UPS. They have been going down hill for a while but it is getting pretty bad now. Packages supposed to be delivered today and it was delayed in there shipping center. Send an inquiry they say someone will contact me in 4 hours. I call them back 14.5 hours later. I know my package will not be here in time and they tell me there is nothing they can do I know that at this point I want to voice my displeasure on how UPS can not get packages delivered when they are supposed to. They are a shipping company, they ship things and have dates on when it is supposed to be at delivered. If I missed my deadlines at work as much as they did I would be out of a job. But when you voice your displeasure at them it's the brush off. Oh well sorry that we said we would deliver it on this date but you will not get it until 3 days later. So now I can't get my job done because UPS can not do their job. Fantastic! Oh would you like a discount on the shipping rate since we did not deliver it? That is something they would never say. But now I have to discount my pricing or god forbid shipping since I am now 3 days behind on my promised delivery date. So frustrating.
