“Great Build, Great Service”

Barratthomes sell 100's of houses a year and there are less than 200 reviews on here. I guess only people with complaints add reviews. So to rectify that here is mine. I have been in my house for 4 months now. when I viewed 4 days before completion there was no electricity in the garage. I mentioned this and they said it wasn't clear if there should be electric in the garages on this estate, so they would do it for me, anyway. It was done when I moved in 4 days later. The only other things I have had happen are the outside tap broke. That was fixed in 2 days after emailing customer services. and a door was sticking. That was fixed the next day after having a word with the site foreman. I would recommend a new home from BarrattHomes. The whole process has been easy and its great living in a new build.
