I purchased multiple items and returned some that were not full price and not sale price. I paid my account in full less the returned full price items. But I was only refunded the sale price items.
I rang customer services to advise and was told that the problem would be rectified and that my account adjusted accordingly so my account showed no debit. I then received a request for payment, some of the full item goods had been credited to my account, but not all.
I have just paid the balance so as not to incur the high interests you charge.... but I will not be shopping with you again.
