“Very poor customer service”

On 28th April we ordered shutters and blinds, paying 50% of the total with the order, we were told our order would be delivered and fitted on 7th July. Not very impressed with the time scale but were told as everything was individually manufactured so was more or less bespoke. Then we had a call saying their fitter had left the company so they couldn't come on 7th July. Now theyre saying the best they can do will be 25th August - 4 months after they took the order and 7 weeks after their promised delivery. No apologies, no compensation just take it, tough luck. Surely there can't be only one person in the whole of Shropshire who can fit shutters? Will NOT be ordering anything from them ever again
