They sent me text messages on 30th June, 1st and 2nd July asking me to arrange a redelivery. They had not left a card to say they had attempted to deliver, so I doubted they had made an attempt. This became obvious because on the delivery day they phoned to ask me for directions to my house!
They wanted me to give them a date when I would be in between 0900 and 1700 and when I said 'there isn't a day' they offered to sell me a specific delivery slot - which to me seemed like a cash-making scheme.
They said I should tell the Passport Office that I couldn't take delivery, I said 'why don't you tell them?' they said the PO would talk to us! Unbelievable!
They phoned me again a few days later and arranged to deliver between 1300 and 1700, it arrived at 1230.
