“Unrelaible - Broke twice”

Bought this product on the basis of a 5 year warranty. I only use my leaf vac about 12-15 times a year. The product broke after a couple of years and was repaired under warranty (would not even fire up). It has now broke again. The machine will tick over but as soon as you put any throttle on it dies. My local garden machinery repair has stripped it down several times and is puzzled. Overall it did start well with the easy start, but no good if it doesn't work. Emailed Echo three times and no response. Their customer service seems to be as good as their products!
