“Helping a luddite”

This support team has helped me over the years keeping things simple for me to understand. Being a 60 year old luddite, wishing for the return of carrier pigeon as a means of comunication, has eased the confusion in the tech world of today. The problems encounted have all been of my doing only for the team to sort them out. A pleasure of reassurance not often found when seeking assistance from other organisations. And most importantly not being held in time consuming queue.
