First time we've tried Starplan and we are impressed. The showroom staff were helpful without being "in your face" and were quite happy to leave us alone to browse. Once ordered, a representative came out to confirm the measurements I had given them. On fitting day, the two guys arrived nice and early and just cracked on with the job. They were very pleasant and polite and cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess or packaging to dispose of - they took it all away with them. The furniture looks great and I am pleased with the quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Starplan.
