Where do you start with a company that thinks it knows better than its clients...? I order a series on plug plants and grasses. They turn up as expected from a timing perspective, but in general, they are bashed, unleashing and tired. Hey ho...move on!
Then, the two large plant grasses I ordered arrive..the ones I have been waiting for. And they are absolutely tiny! I paid for large...I want large. There's a mass produced note stuck in the box stating they could not provide the plants ordered due to an irrigation issue and had selected smaller substitutes. Now the substitutes they selected I could have bought from homebase for 3 quid.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, they state they have offered me a 5quid voucher off my next purchase. Valid till November. ain't that absolutely generous of them!
So I contact them...and they give me absolute drivel about how they have researched customer preferences and that customers prefer an alternative to a refund...plus it was too hard for them to do a refund...according to their team...
If I order a dress in a size 12 in an online store and they can't provide it, I don't expect them to send a size 6 just to,protect their own revenue streams in the hope I will just suck it up!
Might not have been a lot of money, but I would rather it was in my pocket than theirs! Absolute bunch of scheisters.
Don't use. I won't use again.
