Easy online process. Offered one of the best prices for my mobile and chose mazuma due to other good reviews. Haven't been disappointed, used Freepost, arrived next day and paid almost immediately. Would recommend paying your carrier to unlock and then you get more money for your phone from mazuma (higher value outweighs cost of unlocking)
