“Don't use their services ”

Dishonest and very rude with 0 customer service skills. He was quick to take my money straight away but then I had to chase him for the classes. He also didn't have the change and promised to give it to me next time. Guess what, conveniently he never had the cash on him! He would agree on a day but then I had to keep on messaging him for a confirmation just to be told 15 minutes before the lessons that he's out and can't make it. I asked for a refund as he was wasting my time and was way too unreliable and I told him I was relocating at the very beginning so didn't have the time for constant cancellations and rescheduling. He became very defensive and rude and started coming up with ridiculus excuses as to why he cannot issue the refund (such as that my bank is not high street so he cannot deposit the cash!!!)- happy to show text messages from him.Very cunning and unprofessional company, save your time and money and go with someone else.
