“Service and products need improvement ”

I have used gifts to India 3 times to send gifts to Panchgani (MS)
The first time it was delivered to a neighbour. Then redelivered to correct address but the moment had passed!
The second time: the cake had a plain brown icing with a plastic happy birthday tag on it where as the one I ordered was decorated with flowers in icing. Now agreed you say it won't be exactly the same but does it have to be totally different?
The third time the flowers were not fresh.
So although you are trying to connect us to loved ones which is so appreciated, I sincerely feel the standard needs improvement.
On the bright side customer service is great.
