Hello. I took a car through finance from trade centre Wales, through credit for cars in November 2014. Just a simple Peugeot 207, BIG regret. I was 18, buying my 2nd car. Since day one I had problems after problems with them. Around 3 months ago, my head gasgit blew, and is basically a scrap car. I rang them and explained but they were rarther rude, didn't offer no help, told me I had to keep paying my finance until my car was paid of (November 17). I told them I'm refusing paying until I get some sort of help. And few weeks later I had a letter through saying that the company name had changed etc etc. But since then I have not paid 3 months of finance, although the money has been going out my account but then coming straight back in. I'm 20 years old, a female, and really am worring about this. I've decided to scrap my car at which was only worth £400, but I've had no emails, phone calls or letters of the company in 3 months, please please could someone help. I really don't want this to go down as bad credit as I'm only 20 years old, getting caught in a horrible situation.
