“NO quote”

Got a renewal notice, rang for a quote, was told it ould be emailed. A week later I realised I had not received it and I was now about to be without insurance, rang again and was told all the info was there and they were surprised I had not been given the quote on the phone. Cheap insurance with good cover but I guess the savings are being made in the admin dept. Now I have to wait and see if I actually get any policy documents etc despite having paid for the insurance
