It's great to have a chat facility and that you responded quickly when I used it. Your agent (MF) was responsive and helpful.
I'm a little disappointed that a simple question about the contractual commitment for our current service wasn't something that the agent could answer on the spot and that I now have to wait for a call back from the Retention Department. This is especially the case given that we have no plans to leave Daisy - we just want to consider our options.
