“Holiday to Bali & Hong Kong”

From Initial contact the service was excellent. The advisor was more than happy to try and fit the holiday to our requirements. As we had not done long haul before there were lots of questions we had and the travel advisor always responded quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
When we got to our hotel in Bali (Ramayana Resort) the standard was very good and the staff there were always on hand trying to help. The bedroom was very clean and we had an enormous king size bed , which my wife said was the best she had ever slept in.
The food at the hotel was excellent and we would have no hesitation about going back to this hotel.
The roads were very busy and I was amazed by the numbers of motor scooters and motor bikes on the roads.
The 2 day Hong Kong holiday was an experience with all the shopping malls. We enjoyed a self arranged trip up the peak but would not say the tram was much good as it was covered by trees.
The flights with Cathay Pacific were brilliant and the food was very good much better than standard flights to Europe.
