Ordered a bottle of 1986 wine for my brother's birthday. The wine didn't turn up on the day so I emailed to asked what had happened. I got a pretty speedy response saying that Hermes had made a mistake and that it would be sent within 24 hours. I emailed again 3 days later as the wine still hadn't turned up and they told me they were waiting for another response from Hermes. Since then despite number out emails I've had nothing. Terrible terrible company that should not be allowed to operate. It seems like this is a common problem so I hope that they are prosecuted very soon.
