“The Positive Review”

I really enjoyed the way in which the course was laid out with very clear and specific questions. It taught me so much about my own diet and how I've now improved it as a result of taking this course. The course has challenged me in a positive way and now I'd like to put it in to practice by helping others achieve their goal and improve their quality of life through fitness and diet.
