“Will never use virgin mobile again”

Abserlotly worst service ever got my new hanset through with no sim card. Then having to wait a further 4 days for it to come through realized handset doesnt work properly. The speakers cut out and about 2 -3 hours of battery life. I call to arrange replacment and got told tommorow we will replace. They didnt turn up, i ring back they say the next day, same thing didnt turn up and then a third time they say the next day someone will come and no one did. I ring up to say cancel the deal because its a joke im taking time of work for false promices they promiced one last time they will get in contact with there mangers to arrange another exchange and ring to let me know the date its coming. 5 days later no phone call. I call and say i want to cancel package, they agree and say within 2 days i will get a phonecall arranging a package for me to send the phone back. 4 days later i hear nothing so i call to find out whats going on they say will send out package tommorow. They didnt so another 4 days i ring back again they said will send out tommorow. I have now been wait over 2 weeks to cancel my contact and have had a broken phone for a month and half. This is the worst service ever will not be using virgin mobile again.
