“Unprofessional ”

Just returned from a week away in Spain and all I can say is why? We arrived at the hotel which we were told was the Santa Monica hotel only for it to be called the Cassandra, we tried to check in and a mass brawl broke out write in front of us this carried on for a good hour blood everywhere lift broken and the must disturbing thing was my son had to witness this and he was petrified, we booked 2 rooms but were on separate floors, the food was disgusting staff rude, live electrical wires by swimming pool dirty rooms, I rang global hoppers over next 2 days demanding to move but was lied to on many occasions, with have sent you a number of emails while away and since we returned, I want a full refund after the worst holiday we have ever accounted, I do expect u to ring me
