Do the drivers actually receive the journey itinerary? They are invariably late and, when you call them, they don't speak clearly and the language barrier is frustrating. When you express your dissatisfaction, the driver refers you to the head office who refer you back to the driver.
Can't believe these guys have received a customer services award...surely it must be on how NOT to treat a customer. I'm still fuming!!
