“Utterly Useless and totally incompetent ”

Trying to cash in my small pension pot. Standard Life took 3 weeks and now nearly 8 weeks later I'm still waiting for Aegon to look like they might be going to do anything. Total lack of communication, they really don't give a damn about their customers. After 30 minutes on the phone they promised to send out a cheque , nearly 2 weeks after the call I'm still waiting. So glad I'm not reliant on them for my pension.
