“Replacement mattress”

The bed was delivered on time, but I thought the mattress I had ordered (medium) would be too soft for me. The installer said "no problem" try it for a few days and as long as you let us know within 7 days we will replace it. I decided I wanted a FIRM mattress after just 3 days and advised Laybrook. They immediately ordered a replacement for me and this was delivered promptly.
