We are looking at booking another trip to Thailand, our last trip we booked with Destinology we got great value for money and service.

Our last holiday there we got stranded due to the political situation and could not get home. Sue went above and beyond for us, she explained what was happening put me at ease from the offset kept me updated constantly and when no-one could get a flight home to the UK she managed to get us confirmed on a flight back via Europe. Exceptional customer service and an asset to the company, I'll be booking with them everytime we travel.
