“My Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 webcam will not work...”

My Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 webcam will not work with iChat. No matter what I tried I could not get it to work with my Mac's iChat. What was even worse was the poor technical support. I tried three times to get on the phone with Logitech, but not only were they inept at helping me, but they were not very nice about it.



Someone at Logitech needs to be more sympathetic to Mac users when they are trying to get technical support on the phone.
