“First multicar insurance”

Wanted to add another car to my car insurance policy went through all the details with advisor night before we were going to purchase car I was happy with quote and asked if i could ring on day of purchase and insure said that was no problem and gave me phone number and policy number, next day we purchased car I rang number quoted policy number and then the advisor went through the whole lot again adding bits to policy, I was in an awkward situation as I was at garage waiting to go, in the end I agreed to everything and wasn't really sure what I had got, the impression I got was that the night before quote was a waste of time and the policy was sorted out on the day which was very time consuming thought by sorting policy night before would save me time it actually cost me time ,I got the impression the advisors are on commission and the policy the night before was ignored and redone.
