“Absolutely bloody disgusted!”

Twice recently I have been insulted by Morrisons staff, Inverness.
On both occasions I have had less than 10 items, (the last occasion, 6 items exactly). Supervisor gives orders for someone to open up another till (another problem - never have enough tills open to accommodate customers), and on both occasions the assistant has taken someone with a FULL trolley before myself. It would be quite clear as I was standing with the items in my arms and it appeared obvious to a few other customers also that it would have been a lot easier, and quicker all round had I been allowed to go first. I had also been standing in a queue for more than 5 minutes - longer than the lady with the full trolley they allowed to go first. She had NOT been standing in any queue - as there were only 4 tills open, and she had just appeared from one of the isles!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP IN THIS STORE!
