“Unfinished quote”

While renewing my insurance on current bike i asked about a multibike policy and quote on another bike. The person dealing with me couldnt give me one and spoke to her manager. They couldnt give me a quote then and there and said they would phone me later.
They never phoned. Also , when renewing your policy , they tediously go through all your details again despite telling them that nothing has changed since the previous years quote. Keeping you online and ripping you off in phone charges.
Excesses are also excessive!
