Booked a holiday for 4 of us to Las Vegas in September - checked the flights and prices all day and they didn't change. Within minutes of booking just under £3000 was taken out of my partners account. An hour later we received an email saying that the flights were now unavailable and our holiday was cancelled. That was fine until I read the second email that stated it could take upto FIFTEEN DAYS for our money to be refunded! FIFTEEN! I checked the website and strangely the flights are still coming up - yes, I could literally book the holiday all over again if I wished! I then called the customer services (loosely put) and asked if possible I could just choose another flight - no, he said, not possible, try booking it again with another card. Is this gent mental? What person has £3000 lying around to book a holiday when you have frozen my last £3000! Not happy and when they finally refund my money I shall be booking elsewhere!
