Purchased a Mirabel 6 door wardrobe and founds shelves where damaged upon installation. In addition we ordered extra shelves. Now 3 months later both the extra and replacement shelves arrived and are wrong size. BFB have spent last week blaming supplier in Germany and cannot EVEN guarantee if they order replacements they will fit.
Customer service has been amongst the that I have experienced and playing the pass the buck to supplier game is very disappointing. Next option is that they will be coming and talking the wardrobes apart and, and taking them away and giving us a full refund.
