“Diobolical service ”

Do not use this company. Day 1 - no parcel arrived (they said they left a calling card but they did not). I rescheduled for the following day - nothing happened at all (online tracker claimed it was due delivery that day). I rescheduled for the following day (Saturday) I waited in from 7.30am until 9pm and nothing came. I didn't even shower at the risk of missing the delivery. Apparently I wasn't in and they left a calling card (I was in and a calling card was not left!) I rescheduled for my partners work for the following day. The parcel left the depot and was on track for delivery but never arrived. When I spoke to customer service they claimed that it went out for delivery but it never left the van. I rescheduled for my place of work. No delivery and no calling card left. This was the last attempt so it was going to be sent back to sender unless I drove to the depot. Following evening I drove a 2hr round trip to the depot to collect parcel.
