Had out Bathstore Bathroom for a few years now so we know much about it. If I was able to test it out before I paid for it I would never had it.
Firstly, all the prats are unique to Bathstore so when something goes wrong you have to go back to them. As an example, the soft close toilet seat lasts about 3 years then the springs go. A B&Q seat is around £20 and Homebase about the same and they have a vast choice. But you will have to pay Bathstore £40for an inferior product. Same goes for the sink plug mechanism, the toilet flush and even the toilet brush.
Then there is the design. The sink unit is a bit bulky and the shape demands splashes over the side. The mechanism for the plug system is flimsy and doesn't last long, well just over the garentee period usually.
The toilet has a very small out let and is rectangular and so the slightest bit too much toilet paper and it bungs up.
Can't discuss the bath, that arrived damaged and as the fitters where ready to fit it, I had to go elsewhere to get a replacement. Wickes as it happens and that is OK
Now if you are considering a new bathroom, remember my warnings. This is not a knee jerk action, this is after several years swearing about Bathstore.
