Delighted to talk to the person I dealt with  this morning ..
I was worried that getting records of my NCD would be a difficult protracted affair so
Had put it off for ages ...
Shouldn't have worried , My call was answered immediately by the person I dealt with  and
She was friendly,polite and understood my query .
Although I didn't have many details of my previous insurance she quickly found my records and
Explained them to me .. She then sent me an email copy for my records ..

Great help , wish all calls to insurance centre etc could be as pleasant as this ...
