I tried to return 2 jackets to the Glasgow store but because when I ticked a gift receipt when I ordered online they wouldn't return my credit to my account well in saying that the did for 1 been on the phone to customers service still no joy won't be ordering of there website again and feel that Iam being forced to shop in the store with the credit from the other jacket, both where same and where only purchased last week customers service is shocking instore and online .
